About the Space
Charming craftsman home with many original architectural features dating back to 1917. Spacious layout and natural light provide great conditions for filming. There is space surrounding the perimeter of the home, making additional lighting needs accessible. The home is furnished with minimalism in mind, allowing for ease of furnishing rearrangement or additions. Outdoor space in the front and back are available for staging areas. Please note: Weekday bookings, early and/or late night filming is available and may require additional fees. Film students welcome and discounted rates can be negotiated.
