Brand new guest house in the heart of West Adams. Guest House has been designed and painted to match the main house on the property. The guest house is an open space with an open, small kitchen and a bathroom plus shower. The kitchen and bathroom feature sky lights and the ceiling in vaulted. The yard was desert landscape and is in process of being re-landscaped as a meadow lawn.
