Modern Craftsman Bungalow with creek!

About the Space

The most unique feature of our home is the backyard. We have a small, beautiful creek that flows through our backyard. On the other side of the creek is a forest (we own the other side of the creek too), so you can shoot from, or use, the other side of the creek as well. It also has a 100 ft flagstone, creekside path and a flagstone patio that sits right on the edge of the creek, with a stone firepit (gas). A very unique and picturesque sitting area. There is also a large deck on the house, and a lower level hot tub and seating area. Lots of different seating areas in the backyard. We bought the property because of the gorgeous creek and lot, it had a small bungalow (1200 sq ft, plus same size finished basement) on it, and we renovated it from top to bottom in a cottage-feel craftsman style home, but modern inside too, with classic curb appeal. Of course, that isn't to undersell the interior of the house either! It is clean, bright and modern. Renovated/rebuilt in 2017. Bright, spacious and open. It has a warm, comfortable and contemporary feel. We are usually quite flexible and reasonable on timing.
