About the Space

Located in West Harlem, this 2nd floor apartment is the perfect cozy space for any filming needs. The layout includes a very open living room/dining room/kitchen corner leading into a hallway connecting the bathroom and two bedrooms. The living room window has an accessible fire escape as well. Totaling ~600 square feet. There is convenient street parking two blocks down and subway access to the A,C,B,D trains less than a minute away at the end of the street. We have already hosted a student film in this apartment that was shot over the course of a weekend that went extremely smoothly. We are okay with use of any rooms and rearrangement of any of those rooms as long as everything is put back at the end and you communicate schedules to us.
