Cozy home made in 1924, nestled in the Verdugo Mountains with an oversized pool. Original hardwood floors and ornate ceilings & windows. Beautiful brick fireplace with rare, antique carvings. The kitchen has been remodeled with real marble flooring, marble countertops, sage cabinets, and brass fixtures. Gorgeous blue bedroom (walls and ceilings painted with Farrow & Ball Oval Room Blue) with patterned bedding and roman shades. Pink bathroom with vintage mosaic tiled floors & tub. Brand new pedestal sink, polished nickel fixtures and Toto bidet toilet. Huge, fenced pool with a view of the mountains with a built-in rock seating area and patio lights.
