Welcome to The Actors Theatre Workshop (ATW), an award-winning nonprofit theatre in the heart of Chelsea! Studio 2 • Intimate, flexible studio • Dimensions: approximately 18 x 19 ft • Accommodates up to 15 people • Tables and chairs can be arranged based on your needs • Ideal for rehearsals, classes, workshops, discussion groups, and meetings General Amenities • Spacious lobby • Elevator access • Two private bathrooms • Air conditioning • WiFi • Small, medium, and large tables • Chairs and bar stools • Whiteboard • Coat rack Additional Equipment Additional equipment, including a TV, projector and screen, sound equipment, and other items, may be available depending on your rental. Services Included • Cleaning • Trash Removal Flexible Rental Options & Special Rates • Discounts may be available for nonprofits, daytime rentals, and long-term or recurring bookings • Rates may vary depending on usage, group size, and time of day • Let us know your activity, number of attendees, and setup needs so we can make sure Studio 2 is the right fit for your rental Rental Agreement & Security Deposit Renters are required to sign ATW’s rental agreement prior to the rental. A refundable security deposit is also required and is collected separately online via Square. The deposit amount varies based on the event type and attendance and will be fully refunded after the rental, provided there is no damage to the facility.
