Industrial quiet secure area. Gated parking lot. Welcome to our beautiful spacious, upstairs open loft studio. with nice hardwood floors and large windows. This space can be used as a small music venue, yoga studio, off site meeting space and/or for company celebrations. Also included is an entryway lounge area, full kitchen, and bathroom handicap access. The lounge area downstairs for intimate book club meetings or small group meeting. High ceiling with heat and cooling heater, cozy space for all occasions.
