Cozy place to call home: newly constructed, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in Brewery town, available immediately. Close to Philadelphia favorite breakfast spot, Green Eggs Café and many more delicious food spots, shops to enjoy on your day off. Did we forget to mention its not far from the infamous ROCKY STEPS and 10 minutes from Center City where you can to do some more shopping while checking out the gorgeous historical architecture. This apartment has brand new stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, intercom system and keyless entry. 1 month rent, 1 month security deposit. Utilities water, heat and Wi-Fi included. Applicants are required to complete a rental application and authorize a $40 credit and background check. Check in is between 12 pm - 2 pm No Exceptions!!!
