About the Space

This space is perfect for Interview Filming, Photo Shoots, Movie Filming or Music Video Shoots. 570 square feet total (split level) Great natural lighting upstairs Loft style townhouse w/ stairs. Downstairs has an open format. Upstairs has a 1 bedroom (no door) and 1 bathroom Small nook avaliable, great for equipment staging This space has beautiful hardwood floors that makes any set pop. This space is fully furnished. There is 1 King bed upstairs & 1 sofa bed (Full Bed). The beds have linen and are avaliable for use in shoot. There is also a full kitchen. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower head. You will have easy access for loading and unloading with direct access to the front door and 2 Parking spaces is avaliable at the front door of the apartment's entrance. Up to 6 crew cars can park on property (subject to availability). The entire space is avaliable for shooting. Various design layout avaliable for the living room. With the current furniture set up, 6 people can comfortably sit downstairs in the unit. 10 people total can comfortably stand downstairs. Kitchen appliances and amenities avaliable for crew usage. Very easily accessible. I-95 and 836 are 3 minutes away. The University of Miami Hospital, Jackson Memorial Hospital and the Miami Veteran's Affairs Hospital are all within a 7 minute walk. Tons of local shops with Latin vibes and culture. Lighting Description Space has natural light. Natural light can be blocked out. Gray Blackout curtains are on all the windows. The upstairs window is a glass sliding door. The light is normally brightest between 11am and 3pm. Ambient Noise Description The walls are thin. The neighboring unit mirrors our so their staircase is on the other side of the wall of our staircase. You can hear footsteps on the staircase (the neighbors can here footsteps when our staircase is used as well). The unit is on very close to 2 major hospitals and on an active street. In the early mornings (7am-9am) is when the noise from the cars passing is at its height. Equipment Loading Description Loading is very easy. You have direct access to park and unload at the unit's front door. There is space for an equipment trailer to park temporarily (as long as no cars are trying to leave the spaces the trailer is blocking) for unloading. Following unloading there is an area for the truck to park temporarily (as long as no cars are trying to leave the spaces the trailer is blocking) for unloading. Following unloading there is an area for the truck to park longer term about 100 ft up the street from our building. Electrical System Description The downstairs has 4 outlets and the upstairs has 4 including 1 in the bathroom. There are outlets on each wall both upstairs and down stairs. Circuit breaker can be accessed Furniture and Decorations May Be Moved The living room furniture and small appliances can ONLY be removed if you provide a box truck or trailer to load furniture for safe storage away from the elements during the production. Your crew will be responsible for the removal and resetting of the furniture to the layout it was originally. The wall decorations can also be removed if properly stored during the productions and reset according to how it was originally found. Security Cameras and Recording Devices 1 Doorbell camera at the front door with audio and visual recording capabilities.
