It is not a primary residence and is currently available as a short term rental for small groups or families looking for a quiet getaway from the city. The home is usually booked on weekends but open for use during the week. Please inquire for weekend bookings. The location is in a rural community that is not gated, but is less than 15 mins away from many amenities such as Lowes, Walmart and local grocery stores. While there is no street parking the property has a rather large area for parking several cars and a trailer. No smoking allowed inside the home.
