Open-air Loft Space Ideal for small launch parties, meetings, workshops, birthdays, book clubs, bridal and baby showers. Additional uses for the space include intimate concerts, poetry or book readings, game nights, tea blending labs, scavenger hunts, dance or karaoke parties, movie nights, speakeasy-themed parties, wine or spirits tastings, cocktail classes, and pop-up shops. The space has also proven suitable for photo shoots and video production. We offer support tailored to your event needs (tables, chairs, etc.) and prefer to collaborate closely to ensure a successful gathering. Please note that this loft is in a vibrant market, so expect a lively ambiance from the businesses below. The loft is private, and we will display a "STORE CLOSED" sign to deter foot traffic. Food and Drink We have various catering packages available; please reach out for menus and pricing, which can save on outside catering and delivery fees.
