Situated on 2 acres of land, come relax and get inspired, take a hike in the backyard which is the Santa Monica mountains. Sunny multilevel home with 3 bedrooms 3 baths, Modern kitchen. Great sized deck. Smart home features, lighting and sound system. Perfect to get away, host events, retreats, meetings and production shoots, video and photo. Weekend and holiday minimum rates: Summer- $2750 Fall - $3000 Winter - $2500 Spring - $2500 This is not including over night stays but does mean you can generally start as early as 3pm and wrap by Midnight. But times are flexible
