Located in the heart of Hollywood, this multi-use set features two rooms: a vintage-sourced, warm, lush, and Hollywood glam-inspired "living room" set and a standard functioning production studio with mounted seamless backdrops for content + photoshoot use. While petite in size, this space is perfect for casts of up to 2 people with a single shooter. Because of the studio's dimensions, it cannot accommodate productions of more than 5 people. If your shoot includes more than 5 people, please reach out in advance to discuss. Moved items must be placed back in their initial locations before end of the booking. Production studio features: ☆ 107" wide mounted seamless backdrops in colors white, black, olive green, and brown ☆ natural lighting from window during daylight hours ☆ blinds to block sunlight ☆ wooden stool ☆ full-body arced mirror with wheels ☆ ladder ☆ single heavy duty C-stand with multiple sandbags ☆ sunset lamp with remote for various color combinations ☆ Neewer Vision 4 300W studio flash strobe + Godox 37.5" octagon umbrella softbox reflector are available to rent Wheeled mirror, ladder, C-stand, sandbags, and sunset lamp are able to be moved into living room set if creative vision requires so. Moved items must be placed back in their initial locations before end of the booking. ☆ If you're looking to book outside of business hours, please send a message and accommodations may be provided ☆ Space info: - The central AC is on during building business hours (Monday through Friday, 9 am to 8 pm) and a 3-speed fan is available for use any time. Handheld fans are welcome. - There are two restrooms on the studio floor. Keys are required for entry. - Other units of the building may be occupied so it’s important to be considerate of sound levels when in studio space. Booking info: Rental hours booked include set up and break down time. Groups must exit studio by end of booking time. Should more time be required, please notify at least 30 minutes before the end of booking slot. Failure to request an extended booking and surpassing time by 5 minutes will result in a charge of 1.5x the regular hourly rate per additional 30 minutes. Because of the whimsically glam nature of Hollywood, parking may take some time during peak hours or certain days of the week (example: shows happening at the Fonda or Palladium). Please allow extra time before your booking to ensure that you're able to settle in without losing booked time. Time lost because of parking will not be reimbursed.
