About the Space
Our home is located at the base of Hook Mountain in Nyack. We are situated in a cute private nook next to a Marydell, retreat with log cabins and open fields. Our home is on a corner at the end of the road with only one neighbor surrounding us. Our home is a small cottage with a very large yard. We have a large wooden garden, a chicken coop (with chickens) and a old stone foundation on our property. We consider this a homestead within the village of Upper Nyack.

This space was everything we could have dreamed of. We shot a fall clothing campaign outdoors and easily had access to bathrooms and space inside to set base camp. The sun glowed perfectly and the huge outdoor space was perfect for our shoot. Chase was so helpful and we would highly recommend using his space!

This farmhouse on the edge of Nyack was PERFECT for our needs! We filmed mostly in the basement (for our thriller film) and also in a room on the 2nd floor. But we used the entire house for production- HMU in the dining room, crafty in the kitchen, holding in the living room, and camera equipment in the 2nd bedroom upstairs. The house has 2 bathrooms, which was enough for our crew of 12 and cast of 5. It’s an old house, so everyone had to stop walking while rolling (due to creaky floorboards), but that worked fine for our project. Chase and Belen were incredibly kind and helpful hosts, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a successful shoot. We are so grateful we found the perfect location for our film with the coolest, kindest hosts!
