The Cozy Cottage on the Chesapeake Bay is in the small town of St. Leonard, MD, a little over fifty miles from Capitol Hill, DC. The house is a renovated 1950s beach cottage with unobstructed views of the Chesapeake Bay. It is about 50 steps from the stone terrace, down a flight of stairs to a small sandy beach. The downstairs floorplan is open with a living room (with gas fireplace), wicker-furnished sitting area, dining table for 6-8, a modern kitchen, two bedrooms and a bath. Upstairs is the owners' suite with a lovely bedroom, office area and a bath. The cottage is in a residential area. Tranquility supreme.
