Cozy 1 bedroom. Enter via living room, large picture window facing front yard, and modern gas fireplace with wood mantel, as well as iron & wood bookcases on either side. Opens into dining room with 3-window shallow bay and walnut built in with original details, and pass through to kitchen. Kitchen is u-shaped with double windows over the sink (centered). Includes stainless steel french refrigerator, stainless steel rolling island, and O'Keefe & Merritt stove. Bathroom includes new sink w/ marble counter and white base, large built in medicine chest with new mirror, and 2-person jacuzzi bathtub/shower. Bedroom includes large queen sized bed, boutique-style closet and 4 windows. Laundry room includes side by side appliances leading to back door to driveway.
