One block north of Chatsworth St. East of Vanalden. End of Cul-de-Sac. Very open floor plan. So easy maneuver equipment because its spacious. Backyard has a gate for ample parking. The house is easy and very convenient.

Steve and Betty are the best! They own a beautiful house that looks great on camera and have plenty of rooms for any production that requires a variety of filming spaces. They’re also super helpful and great people in general. Would definitely film here again

Steve and Betty were so wonderful to work with! They were very flexible, removed any wall art needed, clear on the rules, and even made our crew homemade cookies! They were incredibly kind and they understood what a film shoot involves. They even gave us tips on parking, loading, and holding areas for HMU, talent, and catering. They were also quick to respond to messages. Would absolutely recommend! So great to work with.
