With comfortable seating, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchenette, this space is ready for your next meeting. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: -Indoor seating for up to 15 guests -Outdoor patio seating for up to 10 guests -Large dining table -Kitchenette with sink, microwave, warming drawers, and mini fridge -WiFi Please note: Fireplace is not available for guest use. We require event insurance for all productions and all meetings of over 30 people. Please note that all set up and breakdown time should be included in your reservation time. Furniture should not be relocated. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on the walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be completely removed.
