About the Space

The venue is a beautiful state-of-the-art theatre. We have a few different spaces. Our Main Stage seats a little under 200 people total, Orchestra (stage level) seats, Balcony seating, and our 2 private Presidential Boxes. We are also home to a Bar & Lounge (on the second floor). The rental rate gives you access to the Lobby, Bar & Lounge, and Theater. Please note that a film permit from the City is required in order to get a booking approved. More information will be given when requested. Availability is subject to change !

    It's a beautiful location, with tons of room for the crew, and tons of parking in the back structure (and day passes were really really cheap). Joanna and her team were extremely helpful throughout the process of booking and on the day of the shoot. There are many great looks/sets throughout the location, making this an excellent resource for filmmakers. An overall fantastic experience.

    This location was amazing!!! Joshua and his team were SO HELPFUL and I’m forever grateful for their professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend it!!! It gets kind of warm so wearing loose clothing helps but it should be fine. 5 stars!!!!
