About the Space

Pool Rental Countryside pool, surrounded by the exuberant nature of the Hudson Valley. Initially commissioned by Olmsted in 1892 for William Church Osborn, the pool received multiple upgrades but still maintains its gilded characteristics. It has heated water, a salt chlorinator system, and lights. We also have outdoor umbrellas, pool furniture, and antique flower pots that can be used or moved out for an extra US$250 fee. There is a US$1000 safe deposit to cover any possible damages to the structure or equipment. For any extra hours, we apply a US$200 per additional hour. For the use of the pool heater, we charge a US$100 / per hour fee. We also request liability insurance.
