About the Space

Our White Country Farm House is located on a three acre apple farm nestled in the foothills of the San Bernardino Mountains. Our property features three basic areas. The house and apple orchard, un-manicured Alder Grove, and barn, corral area. The Farmhouse and Apple Orchard Details: Our manicured lawn areas are in front of the houses surrounded by 1 an acre of heirloom Winesap apple trees. House features a wrap around porch on front and side, bay windows and english country flower and rose gardens. Just to the side of the house we also have a kitchen garden, red and white small barn and small barnyard animals including chickens, pot belly pig and two goats. Around our property is a dirt road that is used for horseback riding, horse drawn carriages and wagons. The Alder Grove is in the central area of our property. This untamed area is covered with wild blackberries, ivy, local foliage and has a very secluded and wild feel. Most of the trees are 100+ years old and 20-30ft high. There is an old tree house that can be used as back ground only as the structure is no longer sound. The rear of our property features an open air barn, 1880's repurposed 6x10' tack barn and corral area. It is bordered by and easement dirt road with orchards across the way. You'll enjoy a 360 degree mountain view. Other outbuildings and barns are visible in the background from neighboring properties. The interior of the home is just under 1500 square feet. The lower level features and open floor plan kitchen and living space, home office, guest room, laundry room and one small full bath. The natural lighting is a favorite of photographers and makeup artists looking for a soft romantic setting.
