Resort like, country club feel, zen garden backyard with tennis court. Has 4,000 sqft almost perfectly square yard, beautiful, newly constructed pergola with seating for tennis afficionados. Almost 80ft of walkway. Bathroom, electric and water supplied. This gorgeous space is available for family oriented, team building, networking, tennis-related projects and events. Several tennis instructional videos for YouTube have been filmed here. Backyard and tennis court only. Outdoor bathroom available. 2 car parking spaces on driveway. Free and safe parking on the neighborhood. Public park with free parking spaces within .5 miles.

The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and the tennis court is very nice. And Raquel was a top-notch host. She was easy to deal with, very quick in her communication, and extremely accommodating - making sure we had what we needed leading up and during our shoot. I would highlight recommend this location for whatever you need and I hope to be back again! Thanks for everything Raquel!

Raquel is the absolute best! Such a nice person and a pleasure to work with. She's extremely professional and accommodating. She and her partner really went out of their way to make sure we had a successful shoot. Her location is such a find! Gorgeous tennis court in the back yard and a great vintage house interior. Highly recommend shooting your next project with her!

Raquel's location is absolutely fantastic! It was clean, private, very well-kept, and tennis court was such a cool touch! The owners are incredibly attentive and responsive. They provided us with everything we needed for a successful event, and they were flexible and available for any questions we had. Very grateful to Raquel for all of her help in making our event absolutely spectacular. We'll definitely be back :) Rent this space!
