Nice home with loads of natural light. Two fireplaces. One in a well lite living room with an amazing view of the Sofi Stadium, Baldwin Hills, Pacific Palisades and snow capped mountains (backyard view). Natural wood floors. Traditional boys room and pre-teen girls room with bare colored walls. Front balcony, side sun deck, back porch and backyard on an incline. Family room is able to block out all natural light and has a fireplace in it as well. We will add more photos of children’s rooms and daytime views soon.
