About the Space

This is more of a rehearsal studio than a recording studio but rehearsal studio wasn't an option in the types. A fully outfitted, functioning rehearsal studio with a cool, gritty DIY vibe. Can be used as a rehearsal studio for bands, or recording too, although there is some street noise. This studio would also work really well for a film shoot that needed to depict a rock 'n' roll scene in a small club or venue. Restrooms are available on-site as well as refrigerator space
