Located right off of the Garden State Parkway and Routes 9 | 35, it is no more than a 30 minute drive from NYC to rent an affordable modern space. A roughly 25×13 = 325 sq ft open concept 1st floor large living room I office combo with a 75 inch Smart TV, ideal for podcasts, photo shoots, video conferences, video production and so much more. Additional use of an open concept family | dining room space roughly 11×32 = 352 sq ft; great for brainstorming sessions, equipment staging and more video production space. The family | dining space opens up to a 13×10 = 130 sq ft updated kitchen space great for any prep or cooking videos. Access to powder room included in use of space and is easily accessible from all space. The space also features 100amp service great for video production/ lighting equipment.

We had a great experience filming at this space! Clean/bright, and beautiful. We were able to scout the day before with no issue. Everything is just as described / photographed. Chris has great communication and he was fast with his responses to all my questions. We had special requests and he was able to accommodate us. The location is easy to get to with ample street parking on both sides. We had zero issues. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
