Home backs onto regional park and local beach (100 metres down to lake on path). Neutral colours. The home is grounded with black framed interior windows, kitchen is black wood cabinets - large windows give incredible light and scenery, ideal for photography/videography. Large sliding windows allow for 7 foot openings to the upper deck and lower yard, for easy equipment movement and set up. 3 spaces in driveway and one garage space available. Poured concrete stairs to access lower yard easily. Empty lot adjacent for access to rear yard. Gated community of 6 homes. If renting for multiple days there is an overnight fee - equipment can stay but not humans. Maximum of 2 dogs on site, other animals only with permission.
