This Is Where Magic Happens! A Contemporary home located on the Beltline in Old Fourth Ward, Atlanta. The main floor features an open floor plan with a professionally decorated foyer, dining area, and kitchen. There are 8 unobstructed windows allowing abundant natural light to flow through! There are 3 generously sized bedrooms, 2 on the second floor and 1 on the third floor. Each bedroom features an on-suite bathroom. All bedrooms also have plenty of natural light. The third floor reveals how this property got its name! There is a deck combining a covered area with seating and as well as a large open area surrounded by natural scenery. Great for several different backdrops. When you are done filming you have the option of taking a short stroll over to the Beltline for dinner and a cocktail to unwind.
