The space is great fo intimate dinner/lunch party. The price was reasonable for the space and location. Very clean and accessible. Only con was the space was hot even with the AC and fan on. We were warn before booking that it would be a bit hot. But I decided to take the chance anyway. Just something to keep in mind Especially for summer bookings with Max capacity Helen was accessible and easy to communicate with every step of the way.
