A unique recently constructed contemporary tower designed by a multimedia artist, who owns the property, which includes a private art gallery and an open-air upper deck that provides a 360 degree city view on the west side of Los Angeles. It is designed for unique illuminations and projections on both the interior and exterior surfaces of the building. Three adjoining outdoor areas, including a red-brick patio and country-style yard are also available for usage. The rental is for low impact shoots, small private events and trainings. The set hourly price is for photo shoots. Rental price for other purposes is negotiable.
