His house has been featured in several prominent publications, including The Journal News, Westchester Magazine, Westchester Home Magazine, Hudson Valley, and several others. The home combines the best of “marrying architectural design with building science,” showcasing both vintage reclaimed wood and state-of-the-art mechanical systems. Much of the existing wood from the demolition was also reclaimed and re-purposed throughout the house. Open floor plan. High ceilings with exposed large salvaged wood beams. Earth plaster walls. Spacious chef's kitchen. 13' wide commercial-grade bar entirely built with vintage wood. Reclaimed wide plank wood floors, such as American Chestnut and Hickory. Whole-house radiant heat flooring. Fireplaces inside and outside, including an outdoor wood fire pizza oven and a lakeside firepit. An outdoor TV (over the fireplace) was just added in 2020. 5G WiFi, Internet up to 400 Mbps. Sonos throughout the house, on the deck, patio and even the lawn by the lake where the firepit is located. There's WiFi by the lake as well. The home is equipped with a whole-house standby automatic power backup generator. There's also an electric vehicle car charger. These are just a few of many more amenities.
