This Hills home features grand interiors, with modern elements and Nordic inspired design. An 18 ft vaulted ceiling allows interaction between both upper and lower floors, with two separate mezzanine lofts overlooking the open living area, and clean lines enhanced by thoughtfully curated decor. The space also offers two mezzanine floors, two grand pianos, two custom made concrete islands, an indoor recording studio, five separate outdoor decks with different views of the Hollywood Sign and canyon, a Scandinavian cedarwood sauna, and a separate bathroom accessible through garden entrance (perfect for catering or garden shoots). The outdoor area features an outdoor bed surrounded by bamboo and banana trees, a fire pit, an outdoor table with seating for 12, lounge chairs and an outdoor gym.
