We require a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for the following: -All productions -All meetings of over 30 people Please note that all set up and breakdown time should be included in your reservation time. Furniture should not be relocated. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on the walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be completely removed.
