This space offers a sense of peace and comfort associated with a clean and airy feel to it. The living room and kitchen are available for usage. This space is ideal for book clubs, small social gatherings, date nights, movie nights, video shoots, filming crews interested in a chic and homey setting, etc. Please feel free to reach out to see if this space can meet your unique needs. Living room hard hardwood floors and offers a modern look. It is is equipped with a 55 inch Flat Screen Television, large couch with ottoman for lounging, dining table with all of the proper utensils and settings. Glassware is available for your use as well. House Rules: Walk in level is the only accessible space. Stairs can be used for filming but once upstairs bedrooms, closets and bathrooms as well as the basement and upper levels are off limits. The Deck can be occupied if needed and agreed upon by owner and guests. Regarding parking, there are only 2 spots available... Additional cars will need to park in spots identified as "visitor" which can be found in the center of the Court this home is located in. Please DO NOT park in any privately owned spots with numbers on them other than "167" No Pets are allowed No Alcohol for individuals under 21. Although there is no carpet, Guests are strongly encouraged to remove shoes to keep dirt and debris from collecting in the space. Food / Drink / Alcoholic Beverages in the home are off limits. Kitchen can be accessed but guest must provide their own food. Guest will be allowed to use glassware. provided in the main space. Kitchen must be left in the condition in which is was found. The space will always be spotless upon entrance for your comfort and easy accessibility Please play any music at a reasonable level due to neighbors
