About the Space

(1) Our Apartment - Contemporary HDB apartment with kitchen island located in Jurong West. - Less than 5 minutes’ walk to the neighbourhood centre / wet market / hawker centre. - Fully air-conditioned, including the kitchen. - Availability to host from 9am to 10pm (no overnight shoots). Time required for dress set and reinstatement shall be considered within the rental hours. - Please do not mount any artwork on the walls. However, loose furniture and objects can be shifted to suit the shoot setup. - Please provide adequate protection to the horizontal surfaces: (a) cover the table / countertop surfaces with the protective cover provided by us when it is not used for the scenes (b) tennis balls shall be used on the light stands to protect the flooring. - Please reinstate the apartment to the original condition when the shoot is completed. (2) Our Neighbours - We would like to be always considerate to our neighbours. - All logistics and equipment shall be located within our flat premise. - If the space within our flat premise is inadequate, please limit the spill-out only to the corridor right outside our flat. Sufficient passageway for our opposite neighbour to access the lift shall be always maintained. - Please keep clear of all staircases mid-landings (half-a-floor up and half-a floor-down). - If your crew needs to standby outside our flat during the logistics and equipment movement, please restrict only to the common corridor on our level and the void deck. - If you would like to use the void deck for meals / holding of crew, please seek the necessary permission / apply permit from the relevant authorities.
