Light and airy beautifully furnished interior design studio in a Santa Barbara style building with center courtyard on 2nd story. The conference room is in the main space and has a large ebony wood stained table seating 8-10 on cozy comfy upholstered chairs. There are two sofas in a lounge area adjacent to table. A smart AirPlay TV hung on wall over a sideboard with tea, coffee and snacks. WiFi available. Shared kitchen on same floor (2nd story) and shared bathrooms on each floor.
