About the Space
Conference Room and Creative Office Space. Enormous, custom designed Conference Room, with high ceilings, custom bamboo wall panels and display/picture rail with two flat screen TV’s. Custom opaque glass windows equipped with electric shades/screens for sun-shade and blackout. A 50'' mobile monitor is included in this booking. • High ceilings throughout public spaces. • Custom terrazzo floors incorporating unique recycled material and custom geometric design. • Exposed wood timbre bowstring trusses, iron reinforced. • 2 Custom skylights run the entire length of two bowstring trusses (approx. 5’ x 60’), with no breaks, providing optimum natural light. Custom electric shades for sun-shade or blackout. A communal lobby is included with this booking, along with a green room and 4 single use unisex bathrooms. There is a loading dock available for production crews to bring in equipment through the warehouse. A liaison will be on the premises at all times to assist with any facility needs. Please submit a call sheet prior to the date upon acceptance.
