About the Space

This is NYs other small, intimate traditional conference room that fits 6 with board-room style seating. Located right off the elevator next to Conference Room 1, it features terrific natural light, a wall-mounted LCD screen for easy access for your devices and is ideal for interviews, Zoom sessions, phone calls, or strategizing sessions with a few of your key colleagues. The room is available for both hourly rental (minimum of four hours) and at a flat rate. Our space includes: A doorman during business hours 24-hour freight access Free Wi-Fi Catering is available upon request Onsite tech support An airy loft-style atmosphere 2 large screen TVs: 1x 86” + 1x 65” Whiteboards are available upon request The New York City Seminar and Conference Center has been a neighborhood fixture for over 20 years. We’re located in the heart of Chelsea and the Flatiron District with easy access to most major train lines including the F, M, R, W, 1, 6, E, C, and PATH. We’re also near the 23rd Street crosstown bus. Conference Room 2 is available for booking at both an hourly rate of $87 per hour for a minimum of 4 hours, or a flat rate for full-day (9AM to 5PM) and evening (6PM to 10 PM) sessions.
