About the Space

This is one of NY’s two value-priced traditional conference rooms, perfect for a small group of up to 8 to meet boardroom-style and conduct their business. Blessed with natural light and a great view, it's a no-nonsense, basic room available for a variety of tasks and meetings. Fitted with a wall-mounted LCD screen to make best use of the space, and with a movable dry marker board available upon request, the room is available both at an hourly rate (minimum of 4 hours) as well as for a flat rate. Our space includes: A doorman during business hours 24-hour freight access Free Wi-Fi Catering is available upon request Onsite tech support An airy loft-style atmosphere 2 large screen TVs: 1x 86” + 1x 65” Whiteboards are available upon request Conference Room 1 is available for booking at both an hourly rate of $87 per hour for a minimum of 4 hours, or a flat rate for full-day (9AM to 5PM) and evening (6PM to 10 PM) sessions.
