With an open layout, adjustable rooms, and large sliding doors opening up to terraces, was designed to be transformed to your needs. Whether you're using it as a brand installation, co-working space, creative studio, or hosting a party, is here to make your thing happen. Whole space rentals are available from the hours of 3pm-11pm daily . Designed as a new type of communal neighborhood amenity/utility, the building also operates as a coffee shop in the morning hours and is available for collaborations, installations, and pop-ups during operating hours, please connect with host for custom pricing.
