We're conveniently located in Downtown Trenton, NJ. Located one block from Thomas Edison State College, the NJ World War II Memorial, the Capitol Building and the brand new 209,000 sq ft Department of Health Building. This historic mixed-use brick and mortar is the ideal location for your next event and has been completely renovated and equipped with new kitchen equipment, fire alarm systems, Ansul hood, kitchen appliances, prep sinks and ample seating to provide a complete turnkey location for your next event.
Our kitchen features all modern safety equipment, 3 bay sink, hand washing sink, (2) prep sinks, 2 burner hot plate, 2’ griddle, (2) 14” gas fryers, open display merchandiser, 5’ sandwich prep station, 2 refrigerators, 2 freezers, optional convection oven for baking only and additional prep space.
This open concept boutique pop-up can be used for: - Small Classes - Food & Beverage Tastings - Catered Events – Podcasts - Business Meet Ups - Social Events, Private Parties – Prep Space and Much More.
We have (2) dining room tables (each table fits 4), (1) built-in countertop at the front of the building (fits 5), (1) main built-in countertop facing the street (fits 7) to accommodate up to 20 guests with a (25) maximum occupancy load. Dining room tables could also be arranged to make one long table.
There is a ADA compliant bathroom and open warming merchandiser to display goods.
