Complete with reverse cycle air conditioning, complimentary wifi & complimentary use of the business lounge for extra break out space. Floor plan configurations: 40 boardroom style, 70 theatre style. Room hire inclusions: - Professional event coordination in the lead up to your event, offering professional event running sheet, floor plans & venue introduction on arrival by professional event staff. - Set up of function room - in line with coordinated floor plan - Iced water and mints - Complimentary Wi-fi - Data projector with remote clicker - Lapel microphone - Large white board with markers - Direct dial conference telephone - Audio connectivity to built in speakers (adapters may be required depending on your device) The business lounge is located directly outside the conference room. This area is complete with relaxed versatile furniture. Use of this space is offered complimentary with with all conference room bookings and makes a great spot to step away for that important phone call, a quick chat with a colleague, a specific breakout space or even an opportunity to enjoy lunch outside of the conference room. Our Catering is provided onsite supplying a range of hot and cold options with different packages available to suit your group.
