This colorful, maximal, hill-top home is bathed in light from its floor to ceiling windows, has sweeping mountain views from almost every room, hardwood floors through-out, and exposed wooden beamed ceilings. Book during magic hour for some amazing sunset backdrops! Inside you’ll find 1800 sq ft of chic and playful decor including a unique blend of mid-century modern and postmodern vintage furniture, one-of-a-kind artworks, an art deco bar, two vintage wallpapered bathrooms, a retro kitchen, and moody muted jewel tone walls which will serve as an eye-catching backdrop for your next photo or video shoot. Lots of PROPS: tons of books, records, vintage glassware, designer kitchenware, decorative linens and throws, even fresh fruit and flower arrangements (for additional cost). It’s a great space for campaigns or flat-lay product shots! We welcome small teams (up to 30, if you need more an exception may be made) that are respectful of the home and neighborhood.
