Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning, one restroom and a flexible hair-and-makeup or talent-support area are reported. Production is available Sunday through Thursday, including approved overnight bookings; Friday and Saturday are blackout days. Kitchen equipment, food or beverage inventory, cold storage, patio control, awning operation, closure, visible branding, camera shutdown and higher-impact activity require written approval.
