Welcome to the quintessential Californian Mid-Century Modern home. Built in 1948 and nestled in the quiet neighborhood of the Hollywood Manor, easily accessible from several major freeways (101, 134, 5). This home has a bespoke, curated vibe with lots of light from the clerestory windows and oversized Jonathan Adler chandelier. Lots of different textures and angles in the open living room which features flat to ceiling window, a Saarinen womb chair, vintage brass 60's bar cart and huge white brick fireplace reflecting light from the many windows with exterior views to a private courtyard laced with jasmine. Phenomenal kitchen needs to be seen to be believed! Adjustable Louis Poulsen lighting is perfect for all types of culinary film shoots or photography and was listed in "Top 10 Residential Project of 2019." Catch Palm Springs vibes from the lush Dorothy Draper Brazilliance jungle wallpapered powder room with huge brass mirror and matte black fixtures, sharp white subway tile and and black penny tile flooring. There is an outdoor space including a rear deck lit by rustic overhead string lights. Lush greenery on an elevated hillside location make for a quiet space.
