Welcome to a new photoshoot experience! We recommend our space for photoshoots and music videos. We have 2 pre-built rooms which will save you money on builds for shoots. We allow changing the sets, moving furniture, and painting the sets but you will be charged a repainting fee of $90 (black paint is an additional cost) Move anything around. We have a speaker it is COLOR LINK II you will be charged if it is missing or broken: $250 We have a sister studio in the same building which can be rented out WITH ours for added sets and room, just message us! Great for an additional green room or incredible additional sets. We also have paper backdrops and an area for that let us know if you need a certain color and we can discuss! Parking: We allow 1-2 vehicles at the broadway entrance. A/c: Window AC unit + fans Stairs: 1 flight of wide loading stairs. Additional fees you may incur: Overtime: +1.5x hourly rate for every hour over Same Day booking fee: +$50.00 Last-minute rescheduling fee: +$100.00 Pet Fee: +$100.00 Cleaning fee if you leave it dirty: +$100.00 Replacement fees will be charged for anything missing or damaged MAX of 15 people unless discussed. Absolutely no glitter/confetti (see: cleaning fee) The studio needs to be shut after it's vacated, lock the door behind you. Loss or theft due to the inability to close the door will be charged to the renter. Furniture and decorations may be moved ADDONS: -2 color changing quasars $30.00 -FOG MACHINE $30.00
