This is the quintessential cute and cozy LA bungalow with Spanish-style details, arched doorways, hardwood floors, vintage kitchen, colorful living areas, and charming garden with blooming pink bougainvillea. There is also a large deck, that's perfect for yoga or food set-up. We are perched just under the HOLLYWOOD sign and right off Beachwood Canyon. We are on the first floor of a duplex but you need to climb about 15 stairs. The view is amazing! The vibe is boho, colorful and minimalist. It's an excellent aesthetic for all kinds of shoots.
