Colorful Toluca Woods home with plenty of street parking. The house has a recently remodeled kitchen with eye-catching blue countertops and cherry wood cabinets. The living room and dining areas have the original hardwood floors from the 1940's. Beautiful backyard boasts a built-in barbeque with with stone countertop, table and 6 chairs, fountain, fire pit and hammock. The backyard grass has been replaced with a natural-looking artificial turf since these photos were taken. The home office has two full-size Mac computers, a 32" Cintiq and decorated with numerous animation cels. The master bedroom is bright with a door leading to the backyard. There's also a vintage den with fireplace, large photographs of Dr. Martin Luther King and President Obama as well as an old tube television with DVD and VHS players. Additional bedroom with musical instruments, microphone and piano. There's a private detached garage in the back with a heavy punching bag, ping-pong table and basketball hoop.
