Outdoor production zones are layered and distinct: a lower brick patio with a fire table and oversized wicker sectionals works for scene work or HMU holding; a brick staircase leads up to the pool deck with torch-style lanterns already in place; and a generous upper garden absorbs grip and electric trucks with room to spare. The facade carries a period piece or contemporary family drama without set dressing. Inside, the palette runs warm white and sand with recurring raw brick, exposed wood, and aged iron. The dining room is a practical two-room shooting environment: white-painted shiplap beams at roughly ten feet, east and north-facing windows pulling cool morning light and tree canopy, a reclaimed wood farm table, and a raw brick archway opening directly to the fireplace sitting area.
