The main space features an open café dining room, full coffee bar, large windows, warm neutral finishes, and flexible seating that can be rearranged or removed depending on your production or event needs. The design is clean and elevated while still feeling relaxed and neighborhood-oriented, making it easy to dress the space for a variety of concepts. In addition to the main café, the property includes a private outdoor patio, kitchen area, garage, restroom, and a separate room that can be used as a dressing room, green room, production holding area, or photo booth. The garage can also be cleared when additional production, equipment, staging, or storage space is needed. The different indoor and outdoor areas make the location especially useful for productions that want multiple looks without changing locations.
