William was incredibly accommodating and friendly, making sure we had what we needed for a successful shoot. I'd recommend renting this space to anyone.

    Bill is a great host and communicator, and he went above and beyond to ensure we could easily use the space. His house is beautiful, and our guests enjoyed the party and his home. I cannot recommend this house enough. We will definitely rent from him again in the future.
